Warranty terms
“Baku Service Company” provides technical support and warranty services of the Yoshiro brand. The main goal of "Baku Service Company" is to provide high-quality service to customers in a short time.
You can be acquainted with with the terms of warranty for products belonging to the Yoshiro brand.
TERMS OF PROVISION OF WARRANTY SERVICES AND FREE SERVICES.
1. “Baku Service Company” provides free warranty service during the manufacturer's warranty period starting from the date of sale of the device and takes full responsibility for the device within 12 months.
2. If any repair operation requires disassembly or structural modification of the device, warranty service is not provided. Failure to provide warranty service applies to all devices listed below:
- In the remote control mechanism, batteries, feeding elements, internal feeding sources and devices providing energy reserve.
- Connecting cables, antennas and transmitters for them, headphones, microphones, hands-free (headset), various information carriers (audio-video cassettes, various software discs, driver and card memory)
- Cover, belt, transmission connections, installation tools, documents, etc.
In addition to:
- Absorber of refrigerators, air purifier (biodezerator) filter, boxes and containers for storing other bulky food;
- For microwave ovens: Bowl, vertel, finger;
- For vacuum cleaners: Pipe, head, dust collector, filter;
- For washing machines: Garbage filter and water filter;
- For conditioners: Filter;
- For the printer: Cartridge;
- For mobile phones: JK indicator.
3. The free service is not provided for the accessories of the devices mentioned in clause 3.
4. “Baku Service Company” does not provide warranty responsibility and free service in the following cases:
- When a malfunction occurs as a result of non-observance of the operating rules;
- In the event of failure due to mechanical damage and natural disasters;
- When a fault occurs as a result of unstable electric current;
- When the humidity is higher than the norm and when foreign bodies (insects, liquid, etc.) get into the product, and be the reason for malfunction;
- In case of failure due to non-observance of periodic cleaning and maintenance rules;
- When a malfunction occurs as a result of deviations of electricity, water or gas parameters;
- If it is not possible to determine the identity of the presented product (brand, model, series) with the information specified in the warranty card, or if this information is subsequently changed;
- When the product is tampered with by an unauthorized person (when its construction is changed, the cable system is tampered with, if it has been subjected to poor quality repair, products with three-contact network connection are not properly connected, and when the product is tampered with in any other form);
- If the rules of use and installation are not followed, if they are not used correctly;
- If products requiring special installation (combi, air conditioner, etc.) are not installed by service personnel;
- If the device is intended for family and household use, but is used for other purposes that are not suitable for use.
5. Warranty liability and free service do not apply to the following defect details:
- When the device is delivered to the customer and mechanical damage occurs during the customer's use;
- When using non-standard telecommunication, cable and other factors;
- In the case of injuries caused by the use of non-standard and low-quality parts.
- All these operations should be carried out by a service employee.
The warranty card is considered valid only in the following cases:
The warranty card must include the model of the device: serial number, date of sale, seller's seal and buyer's signature.
NOTE: The model and serial number of the device on the warranty card must be the same as the model and serial number on the device.
